research overview I am a data scientist and bioinformatician with mathematics background by training. I am working with non-omics and multiomics data (microbiome, genomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, DNA methylation, Proteomics, RNA-seq, single cell RNA-seq, and Tn-seq) integrated, using Machine Learning and Statistical Learning approaches. I am also working on Pathogen Surveillance using genomics and microbiome data. My research laboratory is focusing on real-time surveillance of antimicrobial resistant pathogens for immunocompromised patients, integrating omics data with EHR data.
